Individuals living in Santa Barbara and SLO County with a qualifying chronic condition who are enrolled in Medi‑Cal may be eligible to receive meals at little to no cost. Medicare eligibility is coming soon.

You’ll receive 14 freshly prepared meals delivered two times a week or a fresh grocery box once a week, so you have fresh food throughout the week.

Yes — meals can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, allergens, special preferences, and even texture modifications like soft foods.

Yes — your plan includes monthly guidance from a registered dietitian to help personalize your meals, set goals, and support your health journey.
